Bahan-Bahan :
1. Susu UHT/ Fresh Milk (Any Brand-1 liter)
2. Gula Pasir - utk dijadikan Gula Hangus
Cara Penyediaan - Puding Caramel
1. Panaskan 1 liter Susu UHT/ Fresh Milk (Any Brand)
beberapa minit.
2. Secara perlahan, larutkan campuran Serbuk Caramel ke dalam
susu sambil dikacau. Tutupkan api.
3. 3 sudu besar gula pasir dijadikan gula hangus. Tuang ke
dalam acuan/loyang.
4. Tuang susu UHT yg telah dipanaskan tadi ke dalam acuan/loyang yg
sama.
5. Biarkan seketika dan sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk.
6. Sedia di hidang dan di makan.

How to Prepare?
1. Heat the fresh milk (1 liter-Any brand) few minutes.
2. Slowly, mix with Caramel Powder with fresh milk. Keep stirring till thick.
3. To make the Caramel, you have to heat the sugar in a pot. Stir until sugar melts. Make sure sugar dissolve
and turn to brown/yellow colour. Put it aside.
4. On top layer-Gula hangus on top, 2nd layer - Caramel Body
5. Cool the pudding and then chill in the refrigerator.
6. To serve, place a plate over the mould/ pudding cup/ hold firmly in
place and turn over gently. The pudding will turn over onto the
plate, caramel side up!
7. Pour some of the remaining caramel (if any) over the pudding and ready to serve.
